2 cups water
4 cups Chicken Broth
5 cups Parboiled Rice
1/2 cup Diced Fresh Tomatoes
1/2 Green Chilis
1 heaping TBSP of Salt
1 heaping TSP Black Pepper
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1/4 Margarine/Butter
Bring all ingredients (except rice) to a boil in a large saucepan. Add Rice then reduce heat.

2/3 cups water
1 1/3 cups Chicken Broth
1 2/3 cups Parboiled Rice
1/8 cup Diced Fresh Tomatoes
1/8 Green Chilis
1/3 heaping TBSP of Salt
1/3 heaping TSP Black Pepper
1/8 TSP Garlic Powder
