Apple Butter

7 cups unsweetened apple sauce (56 oz's)
1 1/2 cup apple cider
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground allspice

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 12 hours. Remove the lid and continue to cook for 2 to 3 hours until butter is thick.

To store place apple butter into jar , place ring and lid on jar; turn upside down and allow to cool. Last 2 to 4 weeks in fridge.
